Background

HEALTH AND JUSTICE UK is a collaboration of three Royal Colleges:

  • The Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) Secure Environments Group (SEG)
  • The Royal College of Nursing
  • The Royal College of Psychiatrists

Personal information captured by us when you sign up as a member/subscriber or when you register for one of our events will not be shared with the colleges unless explicitly stated (in which case, consent will be obtained).

How long we keep information

We will store your personal information for the duration of your membership/subscription. If you choose to end your membership/subscription, your personal information will be securely removed from our database within 6 months.

We have a joint controller relationship with Threepillar. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason: Threepillar provides the domain hosting for healthandjusticeuk.org and provides maintenance and development services for www.healthandjusticeuk.org. Threepillar therefore has access to data held within the website.

We also have a joint controller relationship with Danesh Communications Ltd. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason Danesh Communications Ltd provides marketing services to HEALTH AND JUSTICE UK, including the facilitation and delivery of events (e.g., Health and Justice Summit). Danesh Communications Ltd therefore has access to data captured when individuals register to attend events.
